Paul Georgia spent two decades working as an economist in the Washington DC. Six years ago he took a leap of faith and began a new career in real estate investing.

Since then, he has completed three major home renovations and has three more in progress. In addition, he has added significant value to his projects by subdividing properties to create additional buildable lots. He has also completed several profitable flips without renovating.
